You get an unlimited AI receptionist which works decent enough. Massive benefit for mely business to answer calls when I am busy. Customer service is very bad though. Hard to talk to a human for any issues.

AI assistant is not helpful and can’t actually fix anything. When I ask for an agent they’re only available 10 days away..can companies please stop depending on ai for helping humans?

When it works, it works well. However it’s extremely clunky to setup, things that should be simple are not, there’s is very little consistency across desktop/mobile/web apps, but overall and in my opinion most importantly the customer service is awful. The AI assistant gives completely wrong answers and it takes forever to get a human response, and absolutely nothing in real time to be able to troubleshoot.

We switched our sales and support teams to Allo after struggling with RingCentral. It’s been a game changer. The app is incredibly easy to use, the call quality is top, and setup took less than five minutes.

Allo helped us centralize all our communication in one place. Our reps can tag calls, share notes instantly, and collaborate on customer follow-ups without endless back-and-forth. It’s simple, fast, and way more affordable than the old tools we used.

There is always an issue with the app. One day I can’t make calls, another day I can’t text, it constantly puts me in different chats, if I archive 1 chat it tries to archive 3 other ones I never touched, another day it restarts my account, another day (and all days) the HubSpot tracking isn’t accurate. So now I’m resorting back to personal number to make business calls & texts which makes it hard to reach & also I don’t want my customers or prospects to have my personal number. 

Once you report these issues, they take hours to days to get back to you with an AI response. The response after days asks you “please describe exactly this and show proof” like you think I have proof for an issue I had days ago? So takes forever for something to get fixed. 

It’s super frustrating honestly the constant issues.

Allo me fait gagner un temps considérable et m’évite de devoir rappeler des prospects qui sont hors de ma zone de chalandise ou qui recherchent des produits ou un service que je ne propose pas. Une fois les informations récoltées par l’ia j’envoie un sms lorsque le prospect est dans un des cas exposé plus haut sinon je le rappelle, et surtout je ne perd aucune information des échanges que j’ai, très pratique quand on ne peut pas noter ou qu’on a pas le temps 👌🏼

Très facile d’utilisation à un prix plus que raisonnable. La configuration est simple et le service à la clientèle est A1! J’utilise cette application pour mon entreprise et je ne regrette aucunement. La retranscription avec IA est vraiment parfaite.

Je l’utilise depuis des mois dans mon activité de mandataire immobilier. L’appli est ultra intuitive et me permet de ne plus perdre un appel et de rester focus durant mes rendez vous car le répondeur me fait une collecte ultra précise des demandes de mes clients.

Après avoir testé pleins de solutions de téléphonie pro sur le marché. allo s’est distingué principalement par 2 raisons : une app qui marche bien, facile à prendre en main : rien ne bug et j’utilise mon téléphone comme il se doit

Mais aussi par l’implantation de l’outil au sein de l’équipe : La team allo est super réactive, on a connecté l’outil au CRM et ça a vraiment changé la donne. 

Petit plus : leur IA qui fait des recap d’appels. C’est bluffant la précision, elle comprend tous les sujets (mêmes quand ils sont techniques)

I have begged to get some service from an actual human. I still want to end my working relationship with allo and no one will get in touch with me. When I asked the sales person that was guiding me during my free trial about text messaging, he responded in a way that made me believe that I could text message my vendors and guests very easily. This is not the case. Because I can’t use the app effectively, I want to end my business relationship. Yet, no one, NO ONE will help me and I can’t speak with anyone even though I have asked to escalate this situation. I’m so very disappointed with this company and its lack of service.

That App seems to work pretty well, however there is absolutely no customer service. I’ve had a billing issue since I opened my account and some other technical issues. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried with there AI but still in same boat.

For me most important thing after app functioning properly is customer support. Here you will get AI support and real human will join you in 24h is crazy. Until they get decent support and functionality its 1 star

This company is also associated with an open phone, so I am not sure if they operate the same AI system, but this one is ridiculous. They just don't get it.

Looked like a great app and was excited to try out their Shopify integration. Followed the (hard to find) tutorial on how to set up the connection. Didn’t work. No email to message support, so you have to use their live chat. I received one single automated message from support linking me to the very same tutorial that I used and no other responses after multiple attempts to contact them. So much for “near 24/7 support”! Now how do I get my money back?

J’utilise Allo pour ma prospection et mes appels clients. Le numéro en plus, l’enregistrement des appels et leur transcription dans mon CRM (Attio) me simplifient bien la vie. Le fait d’avoir la possibilité d’analyser les appels avec Claude via le MCP est aussi très pratique.

Allo n’est pas une simple solution de téléphonie « second numéro » à mes yeux. 
Pour la première fois et je l’ai d’abord testé soigneusement, je trouve enfin une solution non seulement irréprochable techniquement pour une professionnelle (raccord CRM, intégrations d’autres applications…) mais également un résumé extrêmement bien exécuté de l’ensemble de mes appels pour ne perdre aucune information. Il y a beaucoup à dire sur les capacités et fonctionnalités de l’application Allo (sur mobile et Desktop). Pour avoir essayé d’autres solutions auparavant, cette application est de loin la plus complète, fiable et accessible du marché. Je recommande chaudement.

Application intuitive, qui permet des appels clients de qualité et une gestion simple des SMS de suivi. On attend avec impatience l’API pour synchroniser notre base clients avec le listing de Contacts Allô, et ça sera aussi simple qu’un répertoire téléphonique 👌
