I was waiting for a cab that I ordered from them booked out 30 min, they made me wait and at 37 minutes canceled my “confirmed” booking. I tried again because I really needed a ride and the same thing but they canceled in 15 min. Both time received the stock reply,” We assure you that this is an abnormal and exceptional situation” Looks like this has happened to others,… makes me wait 30 min then cancel.
