Logging in from the website works fine but when I log into the app. It says my password is wrong.

Won’t let me log in. Even though I’m entering in the correct information, I can’t log in. Every time I request to change the password, I never receive a email link. I have an appointment coming up and can’t even get into my account.

The app is completely not functional. They have a form that is broken and cannot be submitted. Every time you login, the form pops up demanding to be filled. However, step four of the form is blank and cannot be acknowledged, yet you can’t proceed without submitting the form! Literally useless app. I’m not sure how to even access my appointment.

The bot for support is if little help, and there is no one to call for tech support when the app isn’t working.

Read several reviews about it not letting you log in and sure enough it keeps saying username or password incorrect I reset it a few times and still won’t let me log In apps awful
