But for last 3 months not been able to log in to it. Keeps saying server not responding. I have no idea how much each kids has got on their pocket money account and have 3 upset boys! No where can I find a customer service contact to rectify this. Not happy. ### 1/5 — No! *2019-12-24, version 3.0.0* Don’t download this. Initially it was down, but now it says, Make certain you have a network connection. We don’t know how much our kids had in their allowance or savings as a result. I used it for my kids for many years. Unfortunately about a month ago I couldn’t connect to view accounts.. it’s now very apparent that they have shut down with no notice to their customers. If we had a heads up we would have been able to check balances before they did so. I’ve called, emailed, and reached out via social media but received no response. It was wonderful, but for the last month, I haven’t been able to get into the app. It opens and when I type my information and password, it says “ server has timed out”. Very frustrating.
