We have had and used this app with no complaints for 5 years. This month I accidentally deleted the app off my phone, and then when I reinstalled it, not only did ALL my data get lost (despite regularly syncing), now I can only make 1 profile.  Super frustrating.

I paid for the premium subscription & it’s working well on my iPad.  My issue is when I try to access the app through my phone, even though it shows I’ve paid the premium subscription, it keeps telling me I need to re-buy it to use the app at all.  Very frustrating.
