So much better than google tasks, outlook tasks, etc. I have a whole bunch of apps to help organize my time. This is by far the best app I have found. Customer service is awesome as well. Highly recommended!! ### 1/5 — Not bug free *2020-09-02, version 2.44* This app obviously hasn’t been supported for some time. Firstly the “day” & “month “ views show different days for the same day, for example Friday in one view and Thursday in another. Also there is no way to link the tasks to your Device Calenders which means you have to check the program to see what’s due. I tried contacting the developer but didn’t get a reply, which tends to suggest he’s no longer interested in the app. I’ve applied for a refund, not something I do very often ### 1/5 — Problems. *2019-07-13, version 2.44* App crashes. Note text just disappears repeatedly! I have never had problems like this before. A series of recent updates may have brought it to light in the App Store and I decided to try it out. I'm impressed. It's quirky in style, but I think I'm going to stick with it. Think of it like this. You organise your life into a set of folders. Inside each folder you may have projects, tasks, notes, checklists. Then you have this friendly app that sorts through all of those things in every folder and presents you with a list of items you ought to work on or monitor now. There is a lot more to the app. There are also oddities to get used to, but I'm finding it works for me very well. I hope the developer keeps up the momentum on it now and continues with it because it really is a unique and clever app at its core. ### 3/5 — My favorite organizational app! *2017-11-13, version 1.92* I LOVE the color-coded folders!
