I've tried a number of todo apps, but this is the one I actually use. The features make sense. Unfortunately I’ve run into issues with syncing lately, which is an essential feature.

I love this app and it’s flexibility in organizing multiple tasks, assignments and folders.   It even lets me share folding with others for collaboration.  

This app would be perfect if we could attach pictures or PDF’s.  Five star for perfect when we have that ability.

This app is unlike any todo or task app I've used. A series of recent updates may have brought it to light in the App Store and I decided to try it out. I'm impressed. It's quirky in style, but I think I'm going to stick with it. Think of it like this. You organise your life into a set of folders. Inside each folder you may have projects, tasks, notes, checklists. Then you have this friendly app that sorts through all of those things in every folder and presents you with a list of items you ought to work on or monitor now. There is a lot more to the app. There are also oddities to get used to, but I'm finding it works for me very well. I hope the developer keeps up the momentum on it now and continues with it because it really is a unique and clever app at its core.

One of the best apps. I searched many apps and tried a few other apps, but this is still the best one so far. This is a great app and it's still my favorite. I love the warm beige color as the main color. I really love the different colors we can use for each folder and can categorize items into folders and sub-folders.

This to do app has a lot of features and more I hope there are more on the way. Unfortunately I took a couple years off using the app and upon return I'm having issues. My alarms are firing on the wrong dates and important to do items don't show up on my tasks view. I will be working with support. Hopefully the issues will resolve and I'll update my review!

**Developer response:** I am sorry you were having difficulties. I have made dramatic improvements in the subsequent versions. I think there was an issue with the 1.86 version that has since been fixed. Please do let me know if you are having any difficulties.

Dear reader, I discovered this app some years ago when I was in stress city managing too many projects. While it didn't make me instantly more productive the fabulous organising capabilities of this app helped me understand that I was doing too much and what I really needed was a year off work.    Which I took - stress all gone!  Best features - folders to classify, checklists to aggregate tasks, filtering and my current favourite, the pause button - I've got some "bucket list" folders with undated tasks and with one click they're magically taken out of the task list. Brilliant. 

I'll admit to flirting with other apps that seem to rank higher in searches, but I've yet to find one that has the flexibility of Lifenotes.

Fantastic product for tracking tasks; I love the scalability and flexibility.  It's great because of the features including prioritization, tagging, filters, smart lists, easy data entry, etc.

I am a "To Do List" App connoisseur by nature; I have tried tons of "To Do" type Apps (yes--tons really!) and by far this is the best one I've ever used. Period.  The LifeNote To Do App has been in my life for almost three years, and although I've experienced a couple of "quirks", on both occasions the App developer, Mr. Christian Stone, patiently worked with me to resolve those issues. Yes -- the developer -- what a refreshing and welcomed surprise.  I rarely write reviews and this is the second time I've written one for this particular App -- it's a HUGE deal to me. I can honestly assure anyone that wants to invest in a great App that #1 that does what it advertises, #2 is easy to use, #3 it's very functional, #4 it's updated continuously with new and improved operations and #5 offers outstanding personal technical support in the rare occasion you need it -- then this is the App for you! Download it and I promise you will not be disappointed.

I love this app. It is fast, organized, intuitive and easy.  And it's nice to look at.  It doesn't clutter up my calendar.  Different folders, checklists, tasks for anything you want.

This app helps me through big events like moving and having a baby as well as day to day ones like shopping trips. When I was close to term, my husband and I had a to do list of things to bring to the delivery room and shared it between our devices. He was able to make sure I had everything that was not already packed when I was in no condition to think straight. Great app!

I love the new features! This app just keeps getting better!

This application is great at helping you set goals and organizing them. It is very versatile. I have used it for over 3 years and it has never crashed. It would be nice if there was a program for Mac and Windows.

I just bought this for my iPad and iPhone ... once you get the hang of it it's great.  It isn't intuitive.  However, there really should be an interface for the destop.  I didn't realize that I couldn't download a desktop interface at work until I tried this morning.  It would really be helpful if the app could sync to a desktop (or two), an iPad and the iPhone.  I'll change my rating if the interface for the desktop is created

This app obviously hasn’t been supported for some time.
 Firstly the “day” & “month “ views show different days for the same day, for example Friday in one view and Thursday in another. 
Also there is no way to link the tasks to your Device Calenders which means you have to check the program to see what’s due. 
I tried contacting the developer but didn’t get a reply, which tends to suggest he’s no longer interested in the app. 
I’ve applied for a refund, not something I do very often

I need a barons book and a prep course to figure out this app. Or wait until I retire and can sit around for hours wasting time with it. To be honest if the app was fun or graphically appealing I might have had more motivation. Since I was dissatisfied I asked for my money back but got no reply. I guess it's not selling that well.

Might as well have just dropped the £1.19 down the drain - I consider myself to be a fairly intelligent person but for the life in my I can't work this app out !

Not very user friendly or helpful, not easy to understand as what little instruction there is, is unhelpful. 

Think I'll stick with good ole post-it notes infuture.

I just purchase this app.  I think I like it so far but I notice that we cannot save pictures into this app.  I had been using MIRAMEM for a while now but they are no longer in the app store thats why I'm looking for a new app and found this.  I do hope they update this with the ability to add pictures and it'll be good.

First of all this app is not in any way user friendly, I couldn't even figure out how to start making my own lists. I went to the website and tried to learn how to use this app but I just gave up since it seems way too complicated for the simple tasks it is trying to accomplish. I still have no idea how to create the colored tabs it shows in the picture. I will be going back to awesome note.

Sorry but I don't find an organizing app to be helpful if it takes more time to add To Do items than actually doing them.   You may want to tone down the fluff (it is very pretty) and focus on making this more practical.

I LOVE the color-coded folders! I love the different ways I can create folders, lists, notes. I've never had any problems with this app. It is my favorite organizational app!

The new iPhone X screen is less than idea for this app - I can't easily add new tasks from the task view - the iPhone X information displayed to the left of the notch partially covers the ,"+" symbol.

Is there any way to drop that feature down a little further?

This is by the the best app to organize tasks.  So much better than google tasks, outlook tasks, etc.  

I have a whole bunch of apps to help organize my time. This is by far the best app I have found.    Customer service is awesome as well. Highly recommended!!

I use this app at home and at work to keep on top of tasks.  I have been using it for 6 months now.  My productivity and reliability are going up and up - and I find I have more free time and I know what to do with that free time!  Lately I have been using this app to remember conversation points to bring up with friends next time I see them - which makes social time more fun too.  I love the colors and the intuitive layout of this app - it is such a pleasure to use that I know I will continue to find new uses for it.

I spent a lot of time searching for an app that would allow me to categorize my life into folders. Been using this over a year now and This app does it and allows you to tag tasks for easy search. Brain Dump your life's todos on this app and get more done. Wish it had a quick iPhone task voice call to add task on the run that could be categorized later though.

I love this app. I have used it for years. My daughter erased a valuable folder of mine, I sent a message to "support" and Christian Stone himself called me and restored my lost files. My husband and I both access it. I keep grocery lists and to do lists so we are both aware of what needs to be done. Great features for organizing folders and check lists. Love it!

I have been using this app for years, and it has never let me down. I love the different color folders and different list categories that can be created, helps to make your life so much easier. So many different aspects  to it, but simple to use.
