Wish SoFi would dump these folks for a better network. ### 3/5 — seems like a good idea but... *2024-03-09, version 7.1.6* What I've bumped into a couple times recently is the app leads to ATM's which are no longer part of the Allpoint network. Also, the app can get very werid and sluggish at times. The clock spins but the results do not appears. The verify button simply activates the camera with no alternative options offered. I’m not going to reveal my entire card number to this app regardless of what the FAQ says about them not capturing anything but the first few numbers. (And covering any portion of numbers — such as the last four — causes the app to never capture anything.) if there is a way to type in the first part, it’s not easy to find. First showed me that a seven eleven near me had an allpoint atm—went in and nothing! After that went to a second location shown in the app that was supposedly in a CVS store. Arrived at the location and was just apartment building with no CVS in sight. What??? I’m not even sure how this couldve happened considering that the place I went to didnt even look like there couldve been a store of that size for a minimum of 10 years. No words also tried a third time but unfortunately it was not the charm. Please fix. ### 1/5 — ATMs steal money and offer no recourse *2025-04-30* An Allpoint ATM in a Target stole cash from me and did not log a transaction that my bank, who partners with them, could see. The company whose phone number is on the machine hung up on me 3 times and treated me like a crazy person simply because I was upset that their machine stole money from me. Then they blamed it on Target saying that Target staff could have sent someone to unlock the machine. They also said their machines don’t have cameras. Never ever put money or your card in one of these machines. ### 1/5 — One of the worst *2024-10-16, version 7.1.6* One of the worst useless apps I have ever used. The UX IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH BEING A PREVIOUS SOFTWARE DEVELOPER. The form to submit is broken, the map auto populates as it moves (which is a horrible way to go UX wise) constantly freezing the app. ### 1/5 — Lies, you'll get charged a fee *2024-07-25* Would like a refund, but nowhere to contact them. Their contact form has nowhere to enter your own contact info for a response, which doesn't matter anyway, because trying to send a message just results in an error, in my experience. Edited to add that I will gladly consider changing my review if this is made right. I have proof that my card was approved and of the atm visited being in network, as well as proof of the fees charged that shouldn't have been. Their own FAQ states that as long as your card is approved as in network, and the atm used shows up as in their network, even if the atm warns you of a fee, to just hit accept, and you will not be charged. I mean it wasn’t working and I felt like I had a burr in my saddle. It was frustrating me so much that I felt that the tree stump in my backyard had a higher IQ than me. So when I got this app a little bit ago, I could not believe my biscuits how much it had changed. I mean I was grinning like a possum eatin a sweet tater. It’s faster than a hot knife through butter. Also it no longer keeps breakin and cracking, you would not believe it. See I don’t really write reviews but if a biscuit is buttered, you better say the biscuit is buttered. And this biscuit is buttered.
