I have to delete my device, restart app and log in. Use it for RV, so I do not always have wifi! If I have wifi when device connects, it turns off DC, turns on AC and turns on lights … which will run down my battery if I do not notice lights are on. It also seems Apple login does not work. So I need wifi to enter email address and get code to enable bluetooth connection. This app and device bluetooth on are both useless. ### 2/5 — Garbage app *2026-05-27, version 1.5.0* It's not just an overly basic app that doesn't share much information, as do other brands; but, its main 'BUG' is that it requires you to delete your Bluetooth wireless user connection and redo the pairing process, if you ever disconnect Bluetooth while it's connected. The message you'll get is that the device is offline/disconnected. Nothing you can do but start over. The Allpowers R1500 battery is pretty great - does what I need it to. Just wish this company would iron out the obvious. ### 1/5 — Can’t connect to iPhone *2026-01-01, version 1.4.2* I’m trying to charge via electricity the machine quit at 45%. This app doesn’t work either. I reached out for support 2 weeks ago, no response. ### 3/5 — Works okay *2025-12-13, version 1.4.2* I’ve been using this app with my S2000 Pro and it works okay. Slightly annoying that you have to reconnect to the device every time you open it but I can deal with that. ### 1/5 — Can’t connect to iPhone *2025-10-20, version 1.4.2* This doesn’t matter to me as much as, getting the battery to work well. ### 2/5 — The most basic app ever *2025-04-20, version 1.3.6* This is the most basic app and almost useless app I have ever had the misfortune to use. Constantly disconnected when I open it. Having to re-pair it every time. No temperature indication to tell me if the battery is overheating as fan on battery permanently running when it’s at 100 % which suggests it’s overheating. Devs don’t respond when you ask for help and it really gives me concerns that the effort put into components is as awful as the effort put into the app functionality. ### 5/5 — Works as should *2025-02-18, version 1.3.6* See others complaining about having to give details, maybe in an older version but you don’t need to. Simply connect via Bluetooth and you have full control of the unit and can see everything you need. The app is responsive and commands are send instantly to the unit. Perfect ### 1/5 — Schlechte App *2025-01-11* Was soll man sagen, eigentlich kann man die App komplett vergessen. Schlecht programmiert und instabil. Keine Softwareupdates für die Powerstations ohne Code vom Hersteller. Sowas kenne ich von anderen nicht. Da werden die Produkte weiterentwickelt und gepflegt. Necesitan actualizar app o software de la central, es imposible controlarla remotamente. Y imposible tener información de carga remotamente.
