Unbelievably poor app layout ### 1/5 — No drivers in the area (San Fernando) *2025-05-31* There is always no drivers in the area. I’ve been trying for the past three hours and I don’t get a taxi. **Developer response:** Hi, ensure you’re choosing a ride type with available cars. Usually the ride type with faster on it will get you a ride quicker. After a buggy startup the app was deleted and reinstalled. Seemingly a glitch appeared for some reason. But not surprising for T&T *2024-07-16* Downloaded to try to get a ride as opposed to using public transportation. App is buggy and bad! After selecting pick up point I select destination. App has trouble finding destination. When it does it deletes the pick up point. After re-setting the pick up point the app doesn’t advance destination selection screen. There’s a lot of drivers so it’s very convenient to book to ride and the drivers do their best to make sure you’re comfortable too.
