Unbelievably poor app layout ### 1/5 — No drivers in the area (San Fernando) *2025-05-31* There is always no drivers in the area. I’ve been trying for the past three hours and I don’t get a taxi. **Developer response:** Hi, ensure you’re choosing a ride type with available cars. Usually the ride type with faster on it will get you a ride quicker. You can always reach out to our support team for assistance. ### 1/5 — Now we’re talking! *2024-07-18* This review has been edited to reflect my later experience. After a buggy startup the app was deleted and reinstalled. Seemingly a glitch appeared for some reason. The app is working perfectly and was able to take my first ride. **Developer response:** That does not sound right. Please reach out to our support team so we can look into your issue further. ### 1/5 — Just bad! But not surprising for T&T *2024-07-16* Downloaded to try to get a ride as opposed to using public transportation. App is buggy and bad! After selecting pick up point I select destination. App has trouble finding destination. When it does it deletes the pick up point. After re-setting the pick up point the app doesn’t advance destination selection screen. I guess its public transportation once again for me. ### 1/5 — USELESS APP! *2023-08-23* I've been trying for months to verify my account, uploaded all my documents a couple times and it still hasn't been verified, therefore I can't order a ride. Completely useless! I wish Uber could return because Trinidad isn't ready to create these kinds of experiences. **Developer response:** Hi there, you can request rides without your profile. We are working to bring that time down even more! ### 5/5 — AMAZING! *2021-03-23* I’ve been very skeptical of ride shares in Trinidad but this one works flawlessly! There’s a lot of drivers so it’s very convenient to book to ride and the drivers do their best to make sure you’re comfortable too. The app works great, there’s lots of info and immediate feedback notifications. You feel safe because the company is always on the ball. I highly recommend it!! **Developer response:** Thank you!
