Good app but Apple Pay nearly always fails to process the payment (just says something went wrong, try again). Never have issues with Apple Pay on any other app. Otherwise no complaints

Apple Pay option was showing ‘free delivery’ but that payment option kept crashing - I tried multiple times. I had to go through and put my card details in but then got charged £3.95 for delivery!

They will send you a damage and defective product and than tell you to go out of you way to process the return to be eligible for any type of compensation.
What a joke of a company.

Arduous process to actually make a purchase. Errors of missing info as moving through checkout but missing info not shown and steps originally bypassed? Keyboard to input PayPal login won’t stay open! Cart does not persist across account on desktop and mobile. Selecting items and adding them to cart has all this unnecessary animation that also hides the size you have selected. Love the clothes but app needs usability testing.

I have ordered 2 items, they were lost in transit and i wasnt able to reorder them again because my size was sold out and the sales period in stores was finished. It was a bad experience for me having lost my items that i really wanted and waited for the sale period and at the end the courier lost them.
