It has allowed me to work when I’m available without interfering with nursing school. Another major benefit is being able to work in different facilities and build professional relationships while I’m still in school. By the time I graduate and am ready to work full time, I will already be familiar with several facilities, and they will be familiar with me and the quality of work I provide. AllShifts has also given me the opportunity to see which facilities are a good fit for me and which ones are not. It is a huge advantage to experience a workplace before applying for a permanent position. I plan to continue working with AllShifts for a long time.
