Filled call back form on the website three times got callback once and someone put the phone down on me. Wouldn’t be using they services but it’s company card so no choice avoid if you can ### 1/5 — Useless if you want petrol *2026-08-04* I have this app to go with my Allstar chargepass card . I have a petrol car but all I see on the screen is diesel sites and ev charge points, there is no way to just display petrol sites. And sites such as Stourport Tesco are 100’s of meters from the actual station so if you don’t know where it is you have no chance of finding it. Also doesn’t show what card is registered so you have no idea if it’s correct ### 1/5 — Not displaying *2026-03-01* This app used to display all EV charge point. Kind regards. ### 1/5 — Stopped showing chargers *2026-02-28* App has decided to stop showing chargers so now I have to use another app to find charging sites and hope they allow me to use rfid card on site as I can’t pay on allstar app if I can’t find the charger. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Not very good *2025-04-16* The app says that the Allstar co-pilot app helps you get the best from your Allstar card & provides a hassle free experience when it comes to recharging & refuelling on the road ….. I had to re-check the Oxford-English definition of “hassle”, as I thought it had been completely rewritten & I was out of the loop, but no, it hasn’t - it’s just that Allstar have a very different understanding of the term “hassle free” than anyone not working at Allstar … I now don’t use the app at all, as a generic search in my area, other areas, in fact the whole of the uk, doesn’t show ANY public EV chargers - which is a bit useless really, when you have an EV vehicle & one of these Allstar cards from work to use … the app now doesn’t even find a nearby charger when I’m sat in the vehicle, charging at a station that it previously could see & tell me the charging rates for & doesn’t let me pay / charge through the app either …. Basically the app is just a waste of time & data to download & use & a waste of memory on my phone. As others have said, other apps at least tell you where chargers are. Even a search for EV chargers near X on Google maps, brings up more info. than the “hassle free experience” from this app. Honestly, don’t rely on it or give it any space on your phone, it’s just a pointless app. **Developer response:** Hi Alex, sorry for the issues you are experiencing. Thank you, Adam. ### 1/5 — So far so bad *2024-12-09* Just downloaded this app and so far its been bad, its not accepting any bank cards keep saying its not valid i had to call my bank to make sure nothing is wrong with my card ### 1/5 — So out of date for EV vehicles. *2024-06-13* Only half of the EV charging points that Allstar cover are included on this app. Use Zap Map and it actually shows when you can use this card. Zapmap is not perfect but much better than this. I’ve nearly been caught out a few times where this app is not showing an eligible EV point in a place where there is one. **Developer response:** Hello Paul, we are sorry to read that you have encountered this problem using the site locator tool. No live charger status No details of charger power (e.g. it states ‘rapid’ but this could be anything between 50 and 350kW) No details of connection types No details of number of chargers on the site No filter options for charger power or connection No filter for number of chargers at a location No images for the chargers or site to help find them So, much more development is required to make this app of any use for EV users. **Developer response:** Good morning! The Allstar Team ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2024-01-08* This app just shows you Allstar garages. Does not tell you if it actually has EV chargers. Does not tell You if they are working or how many. Thanks, Adam ### 5/5 — App doesn’t accept Allstar card and support team can’t resolve *2024-12-04* I originally posted a review around the support team not knowing how to support the app or the cards and that is still true. However a developer got in contact following my review and sorted everything so thankyou Adam, it is much appreciated. Original message - Don’t waste your time here.
