However the app is missing quality of life features. I’m on iPhone and I would love to see a back button. I navigate deep into the menus, and can’t go back one screen. The back gestures don’t work and iPhones don’t have a back button like androids do. The only way to go back is to click the logo and restart. The other quality of life feature I would love to see is Face ID authentication. Username/password and texting a MFA code is fine for browser log in, but I expect the convenience of Face ID on a phone app. This service is on the right track but there’s room for improvement on the user experience side. ### 3/5 — Overall good app *2026-01-19, version 1.3.2* I wish with the robocall feature it had the ability to be set up for both phone lines on my phone instead of just a single line. Once the feature is built in to cover both phone lines I will update the star rating and the review accordingly…overall it’s a great product for the price!!! For a new account, there’s no way to generate a password when creating new accounts without going directly to the AIP App. You have to leave the app, then re MFA authenticate for some reason, then you can add a new account. But what’s the URL, well you’ll just have to guess and manually type it in. It’s just a bad system. Also it asks me to MFA when it should just ask for the master PW. Like why is it asking for me to log into AIP. And how would I know my AIP password without the PW manager? I reached out to Allstate because obviously I pay for them for the services and the lady told me I needed to do my own homework by filing my own police report reach back out to them when I have the police report number.
