The it says to try again or email them. You email them and they say you have to call them. Premium’s were great and as we were and have been claiming free with home and auto for 35 years it was great. In the last 3 years our premiums have risen 80%. Recently I called the call Center as logging in from the web and the app have been problematic. They seem to have no regard for human interactions as the problem actually got worse and we con no longer access either the app or web. Sorry allstate but you are no longer an insurance provider I would recommend. To be honest did not have many claims but the few I have had they were there quickly and were fixed in a very short time frame. It was great and you can find cheaper but the quality of insurance is outstanding and the reason I am still with them.
