AllTails Care is the app I wish I'd had then. Logging everything in one place is useful, but the real unlock is the health report you can hand the vet at the appointment. With four foster-fail dogs and two cats in the house now, this is the home base I've been waiting for. ### 5/5 — Care Organizer *2026-05-15* Love being able to store medical records and health information for our two dogs and one cat - before, we did this on a shared note in the Notes app. You can generate a pdf of your pet’s medical history for the vet, which is super handy.
