Log in issues, simply a portal to the website, hard to navigate. Multiple menus to scroll through blindly just to put it into ‘service’ so I can come off the centre stand without getting a phone call. Then for it to log you out unnecessarily! Back to losing again. The app should not rely on a webpage. This needs to be developed correctly and work. Seems like I’m stuck as the bike dealership installed this tracker and no other option but actually getting another tracker installed with an app that works! Shouldn’t have to rely going onto a webpage to do checks etc Notifications do not happen as the app won’t have you logged in. This is a terrible flaw in what could be great. If it works at all it just acts as a portal to the webpage and even then key stuff like mapping doesn’t work. You would think for the subscription we pay they could get this working. Just hope the rest of the biketrac service is significantly better. Even if I select “Forgotten my password” it doesn’t recognise my email address. Customer Service suggested I re-install the app but this made no difference at all.
