We have had all west for about two months now and the tv app is very finicky!  Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. I sort of wish we didn’t switch because it’s not reliable and it’s very frustrating. I put in tickets when it happens and I get a call back 2 DAYS later of “oh just turn it off and than back on” or my favorite “just delete the app and than reinstall”  neither of those things work.
