Apparently, they weren’t on it. Then, after using the IVR to get a payoff quote, the app throws an error saying the amount I entered is higher than the total outstanding balance. Well, of course it is because the payoff quote is always higher due to daily interest charges. Finally paid off the loan via the website. Good riddance to Ally Bank. I should refer them to my attorney general’s office for creating friction in an attempt to gain additional daily interest charges from consumers. ### 5/5 — Red *2026-08-24, version 26.15.0* It’s amazing!!
