Representative said I need the card with the card # to enroll. There is no place to enroll without setting up username and password, that I can see! It tells me to enter username and password, which I do. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. I can login to the web portal just fine, so I know my credentials are correct. Logging in is a nightmare won’t seem to recognize usernames and passwords from a password manager. I called customer service and they were very thorough and clear about the process. The app is simple and precise and works well with the website.
