You’ll have to lodge the return in the app, buy a post bag if you haven’t gotten rid of the one your clothes came in, pay their ten-dollar handling fee and then go and post it and wait!! Their policy changed and now it’s just a huge waste of time and money. Just shop in store or not at all! This is the worst change of policy they could have done, and with no clear indication of it either. I use to return my items in store or swap it and they denied me saying it’s on the bottom of the website! No other store does this. I have tried creating an account, signing in, using forgotten password and nothing works. Apparently an email is sent with an activation link and nothing ever comes. Put me off shopping online completely. ### 2/5 — Discount Code Doesn’t Work *2023-06-29, version 4.4* On the online website it was showing, use LOVE30 to get 30% off.. I’ve downloaded the app and added items in the card in the App but discount code doesn’t work. Also, App description it self mentioned APP20 code to get 20% off; this code doesn’t work as well. Very frustrating as I spent so much time trying to work out the codes. What a waste of time. Stop making your customer a fool. I like Ally Clothing. I have since downloaded the app and continue to shop online due to living remote QLD. I have completely overhauled my wardrobe and couldn't be happier. I have since tossed out all my old clothes sending them to lifeline and now replacing them with pieces from Ally. The selection and quality are top-notch, and I am thrilled with my new stylish and on-trend wardrobe. The staff's exceptional customer service only adds to my positive shopping experience as I have needed to ask a few questions along the way. They are quick to respond and inform me regarding my queries. I am now a loyal Ally customer for all my fashion needs.
