It keeps my logged even though I already logged out. Often times there’s a delay after logging out. I need to log back in at least two times to make sure it completely logged me out. This last update is the worse. I can’t even submit timesheet because it won’t allow me to go past the duties selection. It will always refer me back to “clock in/out time is required” but won’t let pass that section. ### 1/5 — Correction *2023-09-05, version 2.4.11* You could let caregivers to correct time shifts during the working day as it was written in the agreement. Your client Halyn ### 1/5 — Really bad ! *2023-08-06, version 2.4.8* It keeps crashing and not letting me clock in. Or claims that I worked a 24 hour shift and I can’t clock out . Frustrating ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work without work-fi! *2023-06-06, version 2.4.7* It’s dissappointing! I can’t clock-in or clock-out without wi-fi. Especially some clients do not want to share their wi-fi to the caregivers. Sometimes it do clock you in then when clocking out it do not clout you out. I have to delete the App since it is useless! ### 1/5 — This makes my job harder *2023-05-22, version 2.4.6* I wish I didn’t have to press any stars, this app is a huge disappointment and needs to be revamped!!! I have 18 client notes to complete because this app won’t let me click anyone out!! It’s the worst. I have to go in my bosses office to type and submit my notes. This has happened 3 time prior to this and every time nobody can help me, I just have to wait until the system corrects itself. I don’t suggest using this app for your business, especially if you have a deadline!!! ### 1/5 — Too many issues *2022-05-13, version 2.4.4* I consistently have issues with clocking in/out which messes up my pay. Every week I have to delete the app and redownload. ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste Your Time *2021-07-07, version 2.3.2* App does not work properly. I have issues with this app as well as the former app for months now. When I call Ally customer service to explain the issues I’ve been experiencing, I am met with rude and argumentative Ally staff. Their actions shows that they do not know the meaning of the words customer service. Between the nearly constant bugs/kinks and the disgustingly rude staff, do yourself a favor and keep it moving. You don’t want the headache. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-06-24, version 2.6.1* I’m constantly notifying my boss of my clock in/out times. While using the app, it consistently glitches. I have used it for three or four years because that’s what the company uses. And trying to update my hours through the app are impossible. Now I’ve been emailing them and have no response or help with correcting my hours. The video tutorials do not work for me either. And if I try to clock in later it will not allow me to do so . This app needs serious work because it’s been a couple weeks now I have been struggling with it. ### 1/5 — Signing in and out *2023-11-07, version 2.4.11* This app is a nightmare signing in and out. I delete my app a few times a week before I can sign in, or out. And then download it again, refresh again sometimes still don’t work. Sometimes takes half an hour to hour just trying to sign. And when you try calling the 800 number never get an answer or respond leave messages either but all you get all the time is a reminder you haven’t sign in or out. That’s the only good thing about this app ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Good App and Awesome customer service team ! *2025-06-23, version 2.6.1* The app works really good for me clocking in and out and even when I miss punches. I’ve had a problem twice but each time the customer service team handled things really well and fast . ### 5/5 — Frustrating *2024-04-18, version 2.6.0* The app is more than a nightmare. Sometimes I’ll clock it and the app will definitely show me as clocked out and after awhile when I check it shows I haven’t clocked out.
