so grateful to have found this app, i feel like it’s such a helpful resource/companion to have while you’re in therapy and i really feel like everyone needs to know about it!
there are a few things that could be improved, but it works well and i love the concept. i do wish there was an option to add recurring sessions, as well as to modify when you receive notifications/reminders.
thank you so much for creating this app!

Great UX and execution of the app’s purpose. I find it very helpful for logging my therapy progress, my homework and to prepare/reflect before and after each session. Thanks for making something so useful, practical and easy to use.
