Doctor called 2 hours later and my phone didn’t ring or anything. I called back and they put me back in for doctor. Hour or more someone from here called and said they couldn’t get me a doctor. scheduled me for 10am 3/21/26. I called at 9:50 no doctor was assigned yet they said no doctor found at that time. I told them to cancel it. I will reschedule when I can get a doctor. I scheduled for today3/22/26 the Doctor I got he was to me he didn’t seem like a doctor. So, I asked and he got mad. He said he didn’t have to treat me and threatened to hang up, I told him I was only asking him. He said he said I am Dr Khalid Deed at first of the call I didn’t hear him say that. I was asking about my migraine, he was saying OTC medication would treat that. I told him they not working. He said he order antibiotic for UTI and hung up no goodbye or anything. I would liked 1-2 pills of my migraine medication he wouldn’t give me time to tell him that. I didn’t even want any narcotics. It was very fast but thorough. I did have to go outside in the cold with bronchitis . Always refers you to your primary, if I had a primary why would I need Ally! Jacqueline called two minutes later and was very friendly and professional. The entire process took five minutes. ### 2/5 — I did love this app *2023-11-26, version 1.5.4* I’ve used this app three times, the first two were amazing encounters and very easy to use. The third time, made me never want to use it again…I had a pretty big dental procedure done, 2 weeks ago…today I noticed a cyst and when I touched it with my tongue, it literally exploded, there’s a hole with loose skin around the area…the Dr. told me that it was completely normal and that I don’t need an antibiotic 😅 unfortunately this is on a weekend so my dentist is closed… so I guess I’ll just wait until tomorrow and head to urgent care ### 5/5 — Everything you need in one place!! *2021-06-17, version 1.2.7* The AllyHealth app is so easy to use, and is a great solution for folks looking to bring all their employee benefits under one roof.
