Không công khai báo cáo kiểm toán, chi tiết các khoản chi từ phí duy trì cho các chủ sở hữu. Không chấp nhận tạm ứng (khi vào nghỉ) bằng chuyển khoản hoặc quẹt thẻ, chỉ cho tạm ứng bằng tiền mặt. Nhiều điều khoản hợp đồng gây bất lợi cho các chủ sở hữu (chủ yếu là các cụ lớn tuổi, quá tin tưởng vào quảng cáo của Alma mà không đọc kỹ hợp đồng)
