## What is Almando Play?

Attention: This app is used to configure and operate special Almando devices.
The app cannot be used without an Almando device!

Almando is a manufacturer of high-quality audio products from Germany. With these products you can connect consumer electronics from different manufacturers. The handling is very easy.

All Almando products are incredibly intelligent - they always detect the status of your connected sources (e.g. Samsung TV, Sonos network player, etc.) and automatically activate your speakers (e.g. Bang & Olufsen, Piega, etc.)
All you need is a single remote control - only that of the device you want to listen to.
Everything else is done by the Almando product automatically - Almando is the automatic switch for your entertainment electronics.

And with this free intuitive app you can configure everything - speaker management, sound settings, lip sync, Pro Logic mode - and most of it separately for each connected source. So you can customize all your devices to your personal listening habits.

In everyday use of the app, you can start Internet radio stations, play music from USB storage, etc.

Regular and free firmware updates keep the system up-to-date.

Ich habe almando geliebt. B&O-Lautsprecher ohne B&O-TV nutzen, Klasse. Seit dem letzten Firmware-Update ist es zum Haare ausraufen. HDMI-Arc ist total unzuverlässig - oft helfen selbst mehrere Neustarts nicht. Die simple Möglichkeit der alten Almando-App einen Neustart durchzuführen - WEG! Wer denkt sich so was aus? Neustart jetzt - Stromkabel ziehen inklusive dem obligatorischen lautem Knall aus den wertvollen Lautsprechern. Das kann nicht der Ernst sein. Nach einem factory reset ist nur noch eine Einrichtung per Google Home möglich. Warum muss ich Google Vollzugriff auf mein Netzwerk einräumen. Mit der alten almando-App hatte ich ein 1400€ Gerät, welches zuverlässig funktioniert hat. Wer macht bei Euch die Qualitätskontrolle oder stellt zumindest die Fragen, ob es eine Änderung am Gerät braucht. Ich bin maximal sauer!!!

Bin auch total enttäuscht total kompliziert man finde keine genaue Anleitung nur veraltete Versionen, für das Geld erwarte ich definitiv mehr, HDMI ACR wird nicht immer erkannt häufig muss ich TV ausschalten und erneut starten Lautstärke Anpassung ist eine Katastrophe habe nur B&O Produkte die Einbindung ist schwer …

Warum man ein gutes funktionierendes Produkt so miserabel ‘optimiert’ wird einewiges Rätsel bleiben alleine die Anzahl der update Versuche dauerten >30 Minuten und dann surprise surprise keine der Individual Einstellungen wurden übernommen und Verbindungen zu Endgeräten (TV etc) können nicht mehr hergestellt werden und das durch ein Update. Sensationeller Murks, Danke für nichts, ernsthaft ich habe nun 3 std meines Lebens verplempert nur um wenigstens das multiroom stream wieder herzustellen. Grottig ist noch geprahlt
