حجزت فندق لمدة 3 ايام لعائلتي وتم دفع المبلغ كامل 1537﷼ ولما وصلت عائلتي الفندق طلبوا منهم الدفع، التطبيق مجرد وسيط ومايحميكم بالمواقف هذي تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء ولكن لم تحل المشكله مما اضطروا الاهل بدفع مبالغ اضافيه، تم رفع شكوى، وسيكون اخر تعامل لي مع تطبيق المسافر

أتقدم بشكوى رسمية ضد شركة المسافر بسبب إخلالها بالخدمة المتفق عليها وعدم الالتزام بالحجز المؤكد الذي دفعت قيمته 6725 ريال 
تفاصيل الشكوى .. تم اجراء الحجز و تم السداد عن طريق تطبيق المسافر  المبلغ كامل .. 
عند وصولي إلى الفندق افادو موظفي الفندق عدم وجود اي حجز باسمي 
. بعد التواصل مع خدمة العملاء تم عرض فندق بديل بمستوى سئ جدا و غير مطابق للحجز الأصلي 
. الغرفة البديلة كانت صغيرة و تفتقر للمواصفات التي تم دفع المبلغ مقابلها كما كانت تحتوى على رائحة مجاري مزعجة وغير صالحة للسكن حجزي الأصلي كان لغرفة أكبر مع بلكونة بينما البديل لا يطابق .اطالب باسترجاع المبلغ كامل او حرفع شكوى إلى بلاغ تجاري او وزارة التجارة وايضاً إلى حقوق المستهلك في فرنسا ..
