My flight got cancelled during a war situation, already stressful enough, and instead of support, I got NOTHING. I called them more than 5 times over an entire week, and every single time it was the same empty promise: “we’ll get back to you in a few hours.” They never did. Not once. No solution. No follow-up. No accountability. Just delays while I was stuck in a serious situation. In the end, I had to contact the airline directly myself and explain how completely useless Almosafer’s customer service was. Thankfully, the airline stepped up and helped me with a new ticket, something Almosafer failed to do despite being the company I booked through. This is not just bad service, it’s abandonment when it actually matters. Be very careful dealing with Almosafer. If there’s even a small chance your travel plans might change, book directly with the airline. At least you’ll be dealing with someone who might actually help you when things go wrong. ### 1/5 — عدم مصداقيه بالتعامل *2026-04-01, version 8.79.0* تجربتي مع تطبيق المسافر كانت سيئة جداً وغير احترافية. قمت بالحجز إلى مكة عن طريقهم، وبسبب الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة وإغلاق مطار الكويت نتيجة الأحداث مع إيران، اضطررت لإلغاء الرحلة. المشكلة أن فريق المسافر ادعى أن الفندق يرفض استرجاع المبلغ، بينما قمت بالتواصل مع الفندق بنفسي وأكدوا لي أنه لا يوجد لديهم أي مانع من إعادة المبلغ! هذا يدل على ضعف في المصداقية والتعامل مع العملاء، وعدم الشفافية في نقل المعلومات. للأسف لن أكرر التجربة، ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم في حالات الطوارئ أو الظروف غير المتوقعة. أتمنى منهم مراجعة سياساتهم وتحسين خدمة العملاء، لأن هذا التصرف غير مقبول أبداً. ### 1/5 — نصب *2026-03-20, version 8.79.0* حجزت جناحين ويوم وصلت اعطوني جناح وشقة عادية طيب مين يعوضني على هذا النصب؟ لا دعم يساعد ولا فندق يساعد والشغلة كلها زفت أحرجتونا مع الناس الله ينتقم منكم ويورينا فيكم مثل ماتاكلون اموال الناس بالباطل. ### 1/5 — خدمات ركيكة *2026-03-20, version 8.79.0* حجزت طيران من موقع المسافر على طيران الاردنية ووصلني ايميل من طيران الاردنية بتغيير موعد السفر إلى ثلاث أيام بعد موعد السفر الاصل مع العلم ان الرحلة موجودة ولم يتم الغاءها ولكن تم بيعها على من قام بالحجز مباشرة من نفس الخطوط وليس عبر وكيل المسافر. لذلك كن حذر عند الحجز من هذا الوكيل اذا كانت رحلتك مصيرية. والله من وراء القصد ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2026-03-18, version 8.79.0* When Almosafer first launched, their customer service was on point, but it has completely gone downhill. I recently booked a trip, but unfortunately, a war broke out before I could travel. Our airspace was completely closed—a widely televised fact that requires absolutely no proof, especially since Almosafer operates in the same region and is fully aware of the situation. Despite this, I contacted the hotel directly, provided my documents, and they kindly confirmed my cancellation and refund. However, when I contacted Almosafer, their agents were incredibly rude. Instead of processing it, they told me they would only 'try' to get a refund and that a response from the hotel will take 14 days eventhough the hotels response to me swiftly within an hour. They even asked me to do their job for them by forwarding the hotel's confirmation email. I sent it, but received absolutely no response. It takes them 4+ hours to reply to simple inquiries, and when they finally do, their answers are so robotic and dismissive you wonder if you're even speaking to a human. Save yourself the headache and use other established booking apps that actually value their customers. ### 1/5 — Bugged *2026-02-28, version 8.77.0* Bugged has info of child or infant cannot be input correctly and the software just drives you crazy until I had to quit it and go to another app ### 1/5 — Very bad experice *2026-02-14, version 8.76.0* I book ticket twice with this app and each time they give hard time to me. First i booked on last 2024 august, my name entered without one letter. And i paid extra 50 riyals for correct it. After that i deleted the app. Now its my bad time i guess i booked again with this app and they added 3 rd name without asking me and its not in my passport even. Once we upload our ID for ticket they never ask before conformation , is it correct or any change.. nothing. Then i wants to change my name they are claiming that its my mistake and they cannot do anything , for cancellation 1000 riyals deduction and for change they are helpless and through airline 132 dollars i paid. There is no value for money. For 1 trip to India from Dammam i spend total 3100 riyals for economy. Very very bad application. I hope the platform considers improving pricing transparency and enhancing search functionality to better serve customers. ### 1/5 — تضليل في نوع الحجز وعدم تحمّل المسؤولي - Misrepresentation of Booking & No Accountability *2026-02-10, version 8.76.0* تجربة سيئة جدًا مع شركة المسافر. قمت بحجز فندق عن طريقهم وكان الحجز موضحًا على أنه Room Only، لكن عند الوصول للفندق تبيّن أن المسافر أرسل الحجز على أنه Full Package يتضمن رسوم مزايا إضافية لم أطلبها ولم أوافق عليها. تم تحميلي رسوم بقيمة 123 دولار مقابل خدمات لم أستفد منها إطلاقًا، وعند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء: • لم يتم حل المشكلة • تم تجاهل جوهر الخطأ • ورفضوا التواصل مع الفندق أو تحمّل أي مسؤولية تعامل غير احترافي، وعدم حماية للعميل، واضطررت لتقديم شكوى رسمية ونزاع بنكي لاسترداد حقي. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم Very disappointing experience with Almosafer. I booked a hotel through their platform, clearly marked as Room Only. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that Almosafer had sent the booking as a Full Package, including mandatory guest benefits that I neither requested nor agreed to. I was charged USD 123 for services I did not use at all. When I contacted customer support: • The core issue was ignored • No responsibility was taken • They refused to coordinate with the hotel to verify the mistake Unprofessional handling and no customer protection. I had to escalate the issue through a formal complaint and a bank dispute to recover my money. I do not recommend using this company. ### 1/5 — Worst experience *2026-01-26, version 8.74.0* This will be my last time booking from them the flight was delayed 2 times more than 5 hours, they never provided an alternative flight. Book a night in an hotel due to the delay of the flight i could not get that night that i paid for no refunds nothing.
