You may have visited the same park, explored the same city, or passed close to each other years before you knew. Compare your past with a partner or friend and discover possible crossings hidden in your memories.

SEE YOUR SHARED WORLD
Explore shared places on a globe. Find your earliest crossing, look at your closest near-misses, and revisit the cities and countries that connect your stories.

LOOK CLOSER AT EACH CROSSING
Browse places from before you met, best matches, close calls, and higher-confidence results. Explore dates, distances, and location details to understand what each possible crossing means.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Let Almost Crossed read dates and available places from the photos and videos you choose.
2. Build your private map and timeline on your phone.
3. Pair with someone you know, confirm together, and explore the past places you share.

YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS
Your original photos and videos stay on your device. No account or public profile is required. Shared reveals require both people to confirm, and there is no live location tracking. Pairing may use a network connection to exchange encrypted reveal data.

START WITH YOUR OWN STORY
You can also explore on your own. Revisit the cities, countries, landmarks, and travel memories recorded in your media, then look back together when you are ready.

Results depend on the dates and location information available in your media. A possible crossing shows where your lives may have overlapped; it does not prove you met in person.

As always, no account is required. Almost Crossed scans dates and available location metadata on your device, never uploads your original photos or videos, and reveals only mutually confirmed crossings.
