Sometimes within a couple days apart at 19.99 each. There is no costumer service number and the emails I sent are ignored. I even cancelled my debit card on file but they were still able to deduct from my new card???? I have no idea how this app was able to get my new card numbers. So incredibly freaky. Now I have to close my whole checking account and open a new one. You have been warned ### 1/5 — Not very happy. *2025-07-25* I initially had high hopes for the ALNO Chat Bot AI. For the first three months, it worked wonderfully—smooth, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Based on that strong performance, I decided to purchase the yearly subscription. Unfortunately, that’s where things started going downhill. About three months in, the service just stopped working altogether. I reached out for support through both email and Facebook, and every time I was met with the same response: “We are working on getting it fixed. It will be next week.” That was two months ago, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and receive little more than automated responses and broken promises in return. At this point, I’ve essentially paid for a year and only received a quarter of that in functioning service. I can’t recommend ALNO in its current state. If they manage to fix the reliability and actually support their paying users, I’d consider revisiting it. But as it stands, this has been a disappointing and costly experience. ### 1/5 — No longer letting me upload photos *2025-05-19* This used to be my favorite app because I could upload a photo of what I was doing and it would tell me what I was doing wrong. It does nothing when I try to use it. As a whole or individually. Also no way to get assistance.
