Booking dokter di Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru, jadwal ketemu dokter tersedia untuk jam 16.00 hari Sabtu tapi saat datang ke RS, admin mengatakan dokter ada cuma sampai jam 11 siang. Padahal pasien sudah dapat email konfirmasi jadwal dan dikirimkan WA menyatakan dokter ada. Tidak ada pertanggung jawaban dan hanya bisa menyarankan utk datang ulang minggu depan
