If you abbreviate transcripts when multiple entries are being displayed, on main screen and apply prompt screen, it would fix the issue. Adding iCloud support would enable cross platform usage, whereas currently recordings only stored on the device where they are made. The number of taps to apply prompts is excessive, and there's a needless template screen in that process meaning it requires about four taps just to apply one predefined custom prompt. also if you want to apply one prompt then another currently the prompt selection screen is the first in the series of views presented there which means you have to tap four times to apply one prompt then tap another four times to get back to the prompt select screen and apply another and it makes for an awkward workflow. If you fix these issues I mention it would be perfect in my view.
