The Custer service used to be great. The app was easy to use. I owner would call me if there was an issue with one of the wash stalls. I was impressed! Recently, I purchased 10 washes and assumed it would add the washes to my app like it used to. It didn’t, and I have no way to redeem them. Next visit I went to use one of my washes and there was nothing on my account through the app… So I had to pay full price for a single wash even though I purchased a bundle with a small discount. There is no contact info on the website or app. I was about to dispute the purchase with my credit card company since I couldn’t actually use the washes that I purchased. I found the only option is to message them. They responded a couple days later and said there was a code on the receipt and it doesn’t link to your account anymore. I didn’t keep the receipt because I’m not always going to have the receipt on me every time I get a wash, it makes no sense. I don’t just carry receipts around with me. What happened to the account and app? I now have to save a code in my phone and that’s what I use to redeem the washes. No way to track how many I have left, no history, nothing. A few tips: - You must use the same phone number. - The transfer of your remaining washes is converted to a gift card balance. In the new app under More -> Gift Card, you should see a balance.
