He tenido una experiencia realmente lamentable con un alojamiento, me he comunicado con el soporte de esta aplicación porque no quería que otros usuarios fueran engañados como yo y su única respuesta fue que al actuar como intermediarios no gestionaban reclamaciones. Muy mal todo, por mi experiencia, no recomiendo ni la aplicación ni el alojamiento.

Reservamos en Casa del Oso, en las fotos salía jardín con barbacoa, casa privada. La casa está bien, pero todo el exterior es compartido, si buscas privacidad , no tienes un jardín o balcón

Aplikacja może i fajna ale noclegi które są tam oferowane ładnie mówiąc są do niczego. Za każdym razem niby pobyt wolny, wszystko pięknie ładnie zarezerwowane, wpłacona kasa i nagle bum anulowane. Podawanie głupich powodów że zapomniało się ustawić ceny, długości pobytu czy zablokować kalendarza są głupie i żenujące. Skoro ktoś korzysta z tej formy Bookingu powinien tak to ustawić że człowiek może to normalnie zarezerwować a nie dostawać anulację bo coś tam.  Najgorsze jest to że miałam fajny pobyt na Sylwestra zablokowany wcześniej w innym miejscu  ale po znalezieniu ładnego klimatycznego miejsca odwołałam go i zablokowałam ten z aplikacji AlohaCamp. Wpłaciłam zaliczkę a pani właścicielka anulowała pobyt bo zapomniała zamknąć kalendarza. Śmieszne po prostu. Nie polecam. Przez takie nieprofesjonalne zachowania ze strony gospodarzy zostawiłam bez noclegu na Sylwestra.

Apka fajna dopóki Cie nie wyloguje. A potem zalogować się od nowa... Nie możliwe. Od 3 dni znów nie mogę się zalogować, bo ciągle każe mi zrobić rejestrację.. Denerwujące.

Mi primera experiencia ha sido un viaje donde el alojamiento no tenía las condiciones que ofertaban en la App ni tampoco las adecuadas en seguridad y salubridad. Decidí anular mi reserva solicitando la devolución. Ante el problema que supuso con el anfitrión la cobertura de Aloha ha sido desenternderse, premiando únicamente con un bono de 20 euros de descuento.
