I love this app! I’ve tried several music therapy apps, and this is the best I’ve found. 

It has sounds at all the different frequencies you need induce different mental states like calm or focus, and the frequencies are embedded into really high quality music. 

That’s what makes this app stand out. I also really like the ASMR and the guided meditations.

I love this app—the music is excellent (and original), and they've got a wide selection of different types of music for whatever you want to achieve (relaxation, exercise, etc.).
