Horrible service, probably first and last order ### 1/5 — Worst customer service on earth *2023-11-20, version 4.5* I received an email at 12pm saying my order is dispatched and on the way, i started calling customer service every 20 mins from 5 to 7 to check with them the status of the delivery but no response, i went to whatsapp and whoever is handling the communication is the biggest lair i ever met, he kept delaying snd manoeuvering till it reached 7.30 pm and stopped answering My message to management, you have set up the delivery timings for a morning session and an evening session and with a customer service working hour ending at 7pm while delivery, its claimed that its till 10 pm, respectfully, i recommend that you higher more personal for customer service and make sure then work till 11 pm and have a delayed starting time - dont set an expanding mentality into a market where customer satisfaction is a key component and teach them to respond properly ### 1/5 — Code Not Working *2022-03-03, version 2.2* When I went to website and there was a promo to download app and use code new.
