## What is Alongside?

Alongside is a virtual body double for focus. When starting a task feels impossible, Bud-e, a friendly little ASCII buddy, sits down and works alongside you, so you're not doing it alone.

Pick something to do, set how long (or just say "work with me"), and go. Bud-e keeps the time and cheers you on now and then. Bud-e is quiet company that helps you start and keep going.

Body doubling is a simple trick, useful for those with ADHD and everyone else too. Having someone there makes hard-to-start tasks easier. Alongside puts that in your pocket, any time you need it.
