I’ve been using it for several years, but if you’re trying to get in contact with anyone or get help, it is very difficult. So as long as things go well, it is good if something goes wrong good luck finding somebody to help you. ### 3/5 — Comment section doesn’t work *2026-07-01, version 3.3.10* The comment section doesn’t always work. A lot of the time I type things in the comment section, you can’t see it. I have sent several requests to customer support and have received nothing. If I’m paying a subscription for access to this app, why can’t I use it to its fullest? ### 3/5 — No Longer Supported? *2025-02-01, version 3.3.7* Great app. Use everyday for Multiple classes… but as we moved into Feb 2025, it appears to hit a glitch where the calendar defaults to 2018. Developers have not replied to our inquiry on the website. Anyone else having this issue. Allows creating classes and students easily. Reports are good from the paid premium version. Some questions if these functions are not available or how to use it these are already in premium version. 1. How to search for a student to mark attendance in a class for a day 2. Is it possible to control the layout, what fields are shown in the attendance reports. ### 2/5 — Surprised it charges for a most basic report *2024-10-14, version 3.3.7* The app is useless without a basic attendance report which you have to pay for. Other than that, it works well. But there’s no way I’m paying $30 for something I can do in a free spreadsheet. Perhaps if I could have had one class I would have eventually seen the value to purchase, but when I’m hit with paying for a super basic report that is essential to taking attendance I have to say no thanks. ### 4/5 — Student record *2024-08-29, version 3.3.7* Useful app for recording which singers attend rehearsals. ### 2/5 — Many Glitches that need to be looked at *2024-07-15, version 3.3.6* I’ve had this app for 1.5 years now and there has been no improvements made to it over this time. If one teacher updates the app it often doesn’t synch so another teacher isn’t seeing the same student list and check-ins If you add a student to the permanent class lists, sometimes they don’t appear in the class list on the calendar At the moment I can’t delete students from my student list The idea of the app is good, when it functions it’s great but it would be nice if some effort was made improving it and fixing the things that don’t work. If a student falls below a certain attendance they don’t grade. This app is a game changer for managing attendance at training. My coaches love it - I love it. Well worth the investment. I’ve worked in software for 25 years. I’m tech savvy. Uploading a CSV doesn’t take a PhD, so clearly that feature is broken. We operate at a variety of locations and then have a central admin team so needed an attendance app our staff could use but we could also update “in real time”. The app would not update. I would save info on my app and a teacher wouldn’t receive it for days later. It demands you give it data that is personal and many people won’t be comfortable sharing with third parties, a.k.a.
