### 3/5 — Communication/support

*2026-10-06*

The app itself is not bad. I’ve been using it for several years, but it is hard to get any help. Also, it is difficult adding members when you do add members they get kicked off or can’t open it half the time and it takes you a while to get everybody back on.

### 5/5 — Exceptional customer service

*2026-10-06*

I was having issues with my workspace for my teachers as I had two different emails connected to my account. Within minutes the support team found the issue and fixed it for me, and responded with a summary of what was fixed. The app works perfectly for our ballet school of 125 student that has 6 levels with 50 weekly classes to track.

The app itself is not bad. I’ve been using it for several years, but if you’re trying to get in contact with anyone or get help, it is very difficult. So as long as things go well, it is good if something goes wrong good luck finding somebody to help you.

*2026-07-01*

The comment section doesn’t always work. A lot of the time I type things in the comment section, you can’t see it. After you close go back to the roster, it shows you added a comment but you can’t go back an see it.
