Auf dem iPhone 15 funktioniert diese einwandfrei. Weder die Werbung noch irgendein Layout überdecken etwas. Bin sehr zufrieden :) ### 1/5 — Kein support *2024-11-15* Bestellung kam nicht an und unter der Support Handynummer ist nie jemand erreichbar. Nicht zu empfehlen! ### 1/5 — Bestellabschluss nicht möglich *2024-10-05* Wir wollten schon mehrfach über die App bestellen, weil unser Lieblingsrestaurant keine Kartenzahlung anbietet. Jedoch ist die App absolut nutzlos. Geht man zur Kasse und dann weiter im Bestellvorgang dann verdeckt die Tastatur die notwendigen Buttons, man kommt also nicht weiter. Das Problem existiert schon seit Monaten, haben wir auch auf unterschiedlichen Smartphones. Total schade… ### 1/5 — Werbung macht es unmöglich zu benutzen *2023-10-21* Werbung zb. Wunschpizza macht es unmöglich die App zu benutzen Man kann sie nicht überspringen. Nur Nummer für Registrierung auch nicht toll. Hinterlegung Nummer ( zb auch Festnetz) wäre sinnvoller ### 1/5 — Essen kam nie an *2023-07-24* Bestellt, essen wurde nicht geliefert. Support meinte dann er könne da auch nichts machen, ich solle doch das Restaurant anrufen. ### 2/5 — Funktioniert nicht richtig *2023-02-03* Wir haben bisher zweimal über die App bestellt und hatten jedesmal das Problem, dass unsere Lieferadresse nicht übermittelt wurde. Bei der Bestellung wird man auch nicht aufgefordert, diese einzugeben oder auszuwählen, wenn sie im Profil hinterlegt ist. Beim 1. Mal war der Fehler schnell behoben, der Lieferant hat uns angerufen und wir haben sie im Profil eingepflegt, kurz darauf wurde geliefert. Allerdings ohne das zusätzlich bestellte Ei im Salat. Gut, kann passieren. Beim 2. Mal hat es trotz Anruf eine dreiviertel Stunde länger gedauert, bis unsere Bestellung eingetroffen ist. 2 Stunden Wartezeit sind dann einfach zu viel. Die Behälter waren zwar heiß, das Essen aber teilweise lauwarm. Und wieder haben Zutaten gefehlt, die in der App ausgewählt wurden (zusätzlich Ei im Salat bzw. Knoblauch auf der Pizza). Bezahlt haben wir dafür. Vom Anbieter kam keine Entschädigung.
