Therefore, can't setup wifi feature on the dehumidifier. ### 4/5 — Doesn’t work Update *2025-05-28* Changed to 4 stars. I emailed AlorAir service support and they manually set up my account. They responded quickly and now the app is working. I’ve given 4 stars for the prompt response but they need to fix the app for everyone. Previous 1 star: I have tried several times to create an account but I never get the email to verify. I have an iPhone 5SE running the current software version (18) and have tried on my iPad and desktop computer but it doesn’t work on any of them. Just for fun I tried the AlorAir-R app and was easily able to create an account. It would appear the issue is with the AlorAir-C app only. ### 2/5 — History not working *2025-05-25* A purchased an AlorAir WiFi dehumidifier, particularly due to the reporting capability of the unit. After installation, I spent hours trying to g to determine if something on my network was blocking the historical reporting. After hours of frustration, I saw in the AlorAir Facebook conversations that history is broken, and should be fixed in a couple months. A couple months? Really. ### 1/5 — No email *2025-05-25* This has been horrible no email gets sent to “verify” the account. Tried multiple email accounts and checked spam. Nothing. ### 1/5 — App not working *2025-04-12* I just received my sentinel dehumidifier and wanted to set up an a wi fi account on the Al or air-c app . The app won’t allow me to sign up!! The sign up screen as well as the sign in screens are greyed out. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-03-19* Can’t connect to the site, won’t log in. ### 2/5 — App barely works *2025-02-23* Giving this two stars - the app does let me see the current interior RH and my location’s forecast exterior RH, and set the setpoint without physically accessing the unit (which is inaccessible during the winter). So that’s something. The rest of the app is basically useless - the history function - which i would really love to have - has clearly been abandoned. Manufacturer should just open-source this thing and let someone who cares take it over. ### 1/5 — This is garbage *2025-02-16* You are wasting your time and money if you this this is the setup for you. Can’t log into the app after registering. Don’t waste your $ on the WiFi version you won’t be able to access it through the app. Regretting this purchase. Horrible customer service.
