## What is Aloud?

Aloud speaks for you when speaking is not an option.

Type what you need to say and Aloud says it out loud, in a voice you chose. No account. No sign-up.

EVERY DAY
- Type, tap once, and it speaks
- Keep the things you say most as one-tap phrases
- Show your words in big letters instead, when a loud room beats a quiet voice
- Ask for other wording when a sentence will not come out right, worked out on your device and only when you ask for it

THE HARD MOMENTS
- A card with five answers you wrote in advance, for when you cannot explain yourself in the moment
- Open it from the Lock Screen, the Action Button, or a shortcut, in seconds
- Hand your phone over and let the other person type back
- Call the person you trust, straight from the card

BUILT TO BE TRUSTED
- Works with no signal and no account
- Your words stay on your device, and sync only if you turn it on
- Paid once. Not a subscription.
- Nothing is ever spoken without you asking for it

Aloud is for autistic adults, for people living with aphasia after a stroke, for anyone whose voice comes and goes, and for anyone who has ever stood at a counter with the words stuck.
