## What is aloud journal?

Say your day out loud.

aloud is a voice diary. You press one button and talk for about twenty seconds. A sentence, a ramble, whatever comes. Your iPhone turns it into a few short handwritten lines, tags a mood, and files it in a private notebook.

No blank page to fill. No essay to write. Just talk, and it is kept.

HOW IT WORKS
- Tap the button and say how your day went.
- It becomes a few handwritten lines.
- Each day is filed away. Look back by month or by year.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your voice becomes words right on your iPhone. Your entries stay on your device, not on our servers. There are no accounts to make, and we never read your diary. It works offline.

A YEAR THAT FILLS IN
Every entry keeps a mood. Over time, your year fills in as a grid of dots you can scroll back through, and small keepsakes turn up along the way.

QUIET BY DESIGN
No guilt, no pressure. A daily prompt is there if you want one, and gone if you do not. Miss a day and nothing is lost. The notebook waits for you.

Every word in the app was rewritten in plain language. French and Spanish redone from zero. Plus stability improvements and bug fixes.

When you change your mind out loud, like Tuesday, no, Wednesday, the page keeps Wednesday
Saying mhm no longer disappears from the page
Settings has Keep every word, if you want every umm kept too
A day that would not save no longer takes your words with it

Once a week holds three evenings, aloud reads it back to you as one page. A month, six.
