## What is aloud?

Journaling, out loud.

Writing a journal is work. Talking about your day isn't. aloud is a voice journal: open it, speak for a couple of minutes about your day, and it becomes an organized entry you can actually look back on.

No blank page. No typing. No streaks to keep or scores to chase. Just your voice — listened to, organized, and kept private.

• Tap once and talk. Speak freely about your day, the way you'd tell a friend.
• aloud transcribes it and turns it into a clean entry — with a title, a short summary, the topics you touched on, and a gentle reflection question.
• It notes the emotional tone and energy of the day so you can see how you're doing over time. You're always in control — adjust either with a tap.
• Everything lands in a private calendar and history you can browse by day, week, or month.

aloud never tells you whether your day was good or bad. It helps you observe — not grade yourself. It's a calm, personal space, not a social feed and not a productivity tracker.
