I also cannot use any function, search doesn’t work. Crypto is not working at all and I can’t even trade it. It’s crazy at this point, I have had so many issues, normal desktop version to. ### 1/5 — Login *2024-03-17* When I’m trying to login it doesn’t even do anything it just keeps lagging and just doesn’t let me in ### 3/5 — Access token expires all the time *2024-03-11* App design and features are acceptable, but it is really annoying having to close and reopen the app, set 2factor auth code every single time. Aparently sometimes your OAuth2 refresh token automatically refresh the access token, but most of the time I have to close the app and start the OAuth flow from scratch. ### 1/5 — Sign in step freezing. *2023-12-26* After very buggy registration step, sign in page gets stuck. Quite frustrating ### 1/5 — what works? besides nadda *2023-07-14* constant support emails… these clowns have NO CONCEPT of quality at all. type in btc and poof - screen goes blank thats how bad these clowns code + qa. had to point this insane flaw out. along w ever single step… requiring support tickets they pushed a bunch of howtos w a hot chic… why not just have quality dev? nahhhh. total garbage ### 2/5 — No way to use paper account on mobile *2023-07-06* The app is very minimalistic and incomplete even... paper trading is not supported which is arguably one of Alpaca's biggest strengths for algo traders whom are validating strategies. ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2023-05-31* The website credentials work but the app won’t allow it. Can’t even login via this app. ### 1/5 — "Unable to authenticate user" *2023-03-20* Did this app just steal my alpaca credentials? Is it even legit? To devs: looks like long passwords with special characters work fine on firefox desktop but in these apps and mobile the same password returns a "401" error. FYI.
