I’ve downloaded a bunch of fitness apps before and they either are terrible or cost way too much money Alpha Anatomy allows you to access so many features for free without any annoying ads. The premium subscription gets you access to programs for under 10 bucks a month which in the past going to a coach can cost you hundreds for a program of the same quality. This app is a MUST DOWNLOAD! Only fitness app you’ll need!

After trying out so many different fitness apps I finally found one I like! This is a must download if you go to the gym 💪🏼

This app is great because my friends and I can’t always lift together with our varying schedules and this is a way I can see what and how much they lifted. It adds motivation on days where no one is there to push me, and days where I’m feeling real good, to put my exercises and weights up to see if they can hit it or better it.
