You book a car for 5 people, ensure he understood it was for 5 people, yet a 4 seater car arrives. He is then adamant that ‘you never booked for 5 people mate’. Firstly - I did. Secondly - I am not your mate. Also, if you believe their 10 mins, then more fool you. I’ve had several bad experience booking taxis through this app. It confirms your bookings but rides will never get dispatched except you ring in.
