Going to start using another Taxi service now, its happend one to many times. ### 1/5 — Car did not show up. *2023-06-17, version 34.0.21* Despite having a booking for 6pm no one turned up. When I called they hadn’t allocated a driver to my booking. Complete waste of time ### 1/5 — Terrible service *2022-06-29, version 33.6.18* A pre-booked car (8hrs notice) didn’t turn up. Called to find out where it was to be told they were running an hour late by the most arrogant operator. Cancelled my booking and won’t try to use them again. ### 3/5 — Makes it very easy to book a taxi on the go *2022-05-15, version 33.4.27* Very good, but I have a frequent issue where the “from” address reverts to the place I currently am rather than where I want to be picked up. This sometimes happens after I have booked it and have therefore had trips cancelled.
