Always goes to the next street down despite my details being correct (I know where I live) caused us to miss our train. Going to start using another Taxi service now, its happend one to many times.

Despite having a booking for 6pm no one turned up. When I called they hadn’t allocated a driver to my booking. Complete waste of time

A pre-booked car (8hrs notice) didn’t turn up. Called to find out where it was to be told they were running an hour late by the most arrogant operator.
Cancelled my booking and won’t try to use them again.

Can’t even create a user profile as it won’t even let me select a password.  Tap repeatedly on “password” space to fill one in during registration and nothing happens at all…

Very good, but I have a frequent issue where the “from” address reverts to the place I currently am rather than where I want to be picked up. This sometimes happens after I have booked it and have therefore had trips cancelled. Please fix this and it will be perfect!

Was really easy to register and use the app, but no way to add payment card to wallet or there then the default cash option! Please update ASAP as would use more if I didn’t have to worry about having cash
